High quality, factory-fitted external doors and windows complete the build system which is transported to site for erection by our specialist teams.

What’s the commercial proposition?

The Scothaus system represents up to 70% of the build cost, fixed at design freeze and order placement. The delivery date and erection time are fixed. Construction risk is minimised.
